This policy explains how Ask Sveta collects and uses information when you visit asksveta.com, buy the $222 numerology course, book a $150 consultation, or ask for support. Ask Sveta is a numerology education and personal-reflection service.
Information we collect
- Booking information: your name, email address, Instagram handle or contact details, selected date and time, and any short note you choose to provide.
- Purchase information: product, amount, payment status, Stripe transaction identifiers, and information needed to provide course access or confirm a consultation.
- Support information: messages you send through Instagram and the information you choose to include.
- Technical information: basic server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamps used to keep the site reliable and secure.
Card details stay with Stripe. Ask Sveta uses Stripe-hosted Checkout and does not ask you to enter card numbers directly on this website.
The free calculator
The free life-path calculator is designed to run in your browser. The name or birth date entered there is not intentionally sent to Ask Sveta's server unless the page clearly tells you otherwise or you separately include that information in a booking or support message.
How we use information
- To show availability, hold a selected consultation time, and confirm paid bookings.
- To process course purchases and provide access or support.
- To answer questions, handle rescheduling or refund requests, and resolve payment issues.
- To prevent duplicate bookings, fraud, abuse, and technical problems.
- To meet accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, and other legal obligations.
Services that process information
Stripe processes payments. Our hosting provider stores the website, booking, and order records. Instagram and Meta process information when you visit Svetlana's profile or message her there. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and local storage
The site may use essential browser storage for a booking hold, checkout reference, language preference, or security function. We do not describe essential storage as advertising consent, and the launch site does not intentionally use third-party advertising trackers.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, keep accurate financial records, protect the booking calendar, and resolve disputes. Expired booking holds are released. We use access controls and HTTPS, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you. Some records may need to be retained for payments, tax, fraud prevention, or legal claims. To make a request, message @druzhinina_pm_ on Instagram and identify the email or name used for the purchase.
International processing and age
