Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Effective July 18, 2026

This policy covers the $222 Ask Sveta Numerology Course and $150, 45-minute consultations. It does not limit consumer rights that applicable law makes mandatory.

Consultation rescheduling

Message @druzhinina_pm_ on Instagram at least 24 hours before the scheduled Bangkok-time start. Include the name and email used at checkout, the original date and time, and whether you prefer a refund or one new available time. Do not send card numbers.

Each booking includes one free reschedule when the request is on time. A rescheduled appointment remains subject to the same cancellation rules. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the session. A missed session is treated as a no-show.

If Ask Sveta must cancel

If Svetlana cannot provide the consultation, you may choose a full refund or an available replacement time at no extra charge. If an internet or platform failure prevents most of the consultation, we will arrange a replacement time.

Course refunds

You may request a course refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if you have not substantially accessed, viewed, or downloaded the course materials. Once a substantial part of the digital course has been accessed, change-of-mind refunds are normally unavailable. If paid access is defective, contact us so we can repair it. If we cannot provide the purchased course, we will refund it.

How to request a refund

  2. Provide the purchaser name, checkout email, product, purchase date, and a short explanation.
  3. Never send your full card number, CVC, banking password, or verification code.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Stripe and your bank control when the credit appears, which commonly takes 5 to 10 business days after processing.

Charge disputes

Please contact us first so we can locate the payment and resolve the issue quickly. This does not remove any right you have to contact your bank or payment provider.
