Numerology is offered for education, entertainment, and personal reflection. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, employment, or other licensed professional advice. Do not delay or replace qualified professional care because of a numerology reading.
Interpretations are subjective. We do not guarantee predictions, accuracy, compatibility, income, health, relationships, decisions, or any particular outcome.
Course purchase
The Ask Sveta Numerology Course is a self-paced digital product priced at $222 USD. Your purchase is for personal use by one person. You may not copy, resell, publish, share login or access details, teach from the materials as if they were your own, or use the materials to train an automated system without written permission.
Consultation booking
- A consultation costs $150 USD and lasts 45 minutes.
- Times shown by the booking calendar are controlled in Bangkok time, Asia/Bangkok, UTC+7.
- A selected slot is only a temporary hold until Stripe confirms payment. Returning to a success page alone does not prove payment.
- After confirmation, you are responsible for monitoring the contact method used for booking and for joining on time.
- Please do not send card numbers, government identification, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through Instagram.
Payments
Prices are charged in US dollars through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Your bank or card provider may apply exchange-rate or international-transaction charges. Taxes, if legally required, may be calculated during checkout. Ask Sveta never needs your full card number to help with an order.
Refunds and rescheduling
The Refund and Rescheduling Policy is part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.
Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the website, bypass booking or access controls, scrape private areas, test stolen payment credentials, impersonate another person, harass Svetlana, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend access or refuse service when reasonably necessary to protect people, payments, or the website.
Intellectual property
The site design, original writing, course lessons, worksheets, video, audio, and branding are owned by or licensed to Ask Sveta. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the purchased material. It does not transfer ownership.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the website and paid material available, but maintenance, internet failures, payment-provider issues, or events outside our control may interrupt service. We may improve course content or scheduling procedures without reducing access already purchased. If Ask Sveta cannot provide a paid service, the remedy in the refund policy applies.
Responsibility and limitation
You remain responsible for your choices and actions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ask Sveta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on numerology content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Privacy and disputes
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. If a problem occurs, please contact us first through Instagram @druzhinina_pm_ so we can try to resolve it. Any unresolved matter remains subject to the laws and mandatory consumer protections that apply to the transaction.
